Decree Nº 167 12005, dated 29th of
November 2005, by wich is confered to Archbishop
Victor Busa, the rank of  Grand Cross of the Order of Independence
of Ecuatorial Guinea.

By considering the efforts shown at the helm of the
International Parliament for Safety and Peace, and with commemoration of
the Celebration of the 30th anniversary of the creation of said International Organization,
in use of the faculties confered to my by article 39, paragraph J) of the fundamental law  of the state, I confer to Archbishop Victor Busa, the Rank of Grand Cross of the Order of Independence
of Ecuatorial Guinea.

This is is done by the present decree given in Bata, at
the 29th day of the month november, year 2005
