With deep pleasure I have received your
kind letter by wich you notified me that the
Supreme Council of the International Parliament for Safety
and Peace, has granted me
the honorious status as Senator for Life and International
Vice-President
of said important International Organization, in replacement
of His Excellency Juan Carlos Wasmosy, former president of
Paraguay.
This designation is not only a reason of
being proud, but at the same time also a serious comitment
that such an Organization with high objectives and well
known intervention in international conflicts and diplomatic
crises with the purpose to maintain Safety and Peace has
taken me in consideration for such an appointment.
